SCV "New Home" Community update

Hello everyone,

I would like to give you a short and friendly update for the Santa Clarita "New Home" market.

First, I have learned that KB Homes has decided to put one of their Saugus "Plum Canyon" projects on hold until further notice. The project is called Blackberry Briar. Models have pretty much already been built. Its located at the top of the hill of Golden Valley Rd off Plum Canyon. This comes in the midst of MAJOR price reductions on their other two Plum Canyon communities; Strawberry Fields and Citrus Grove.

Also, KB Homes is reportedly offering MAJOR incentives when using Countrywide Home Loans to fund your loan. They are paying as much as SIX POINTS on your loan! That is incredible. If you do the math, it might be possible with that kind of incentive to get an interest rate down into the 4 and 5 percent range on different loans programs.

Second, I wanted to let you know that Lennar is coming out with TWO NEW communities. One in Stevenson Ranch, called Hillside Village, and the other in Castaic, called Camino Del Lago. More details on these two new communities will be posted at my website www.TheScvAgent.com VERY SOON. Hillside Village will be approx 50+ detached condos. Interest list began TODAY! They will probably sell VERY fast as they are located right off of Pico Canyon Road, an ideal place for those who need to commute in the AM and desire easy freeway access. New homes in Stevenson Ranch always sell. If you are interested in this community, let me know. Pricing and floor plan NOT YET AVAILABLE. I am sure you won't be disappointed though!
